Jonathan has lectured internationally as a Specialist Musculoskeletal Podiatrist.

20 years of practice with the Royal Marines gifted Jonathan his extensive knowledge of Overuse Injuries in the Foot, Ankle and Lower Limb. Jonathan has a special interest in Vascular Conditions which affect the foot and limb both in younger and older patients.
Jonathan has a keen interest in all aspects of Foot Orthotic Therapy and personally CAD CAM designs each of our patient's Prescription Foot Orthoses. He also oversees the 3D Printing process. Jonathan also appeared in the ITV documentary ‘Commando: On The Frontline’ whilst working with Commando Training Centre Royal Marines.

So happy with my new insoles that Jack prescribed after just one consultation for my various knee/hip/ankle aches that have now all miraculously disappeared! The insoles fit easily into all my footwear and I never go without them as they improve the comfort of trainers, walking boots, wellingtons, slippers and even work well in my Dr. Martens open sandals. No longer feel that physical decline has to be part of getting old! Thank you Jack.

I highly recommend Northernhay Clinic. I had orthotics made that cured long term foot pain. Although the orthotics were a significant investment, I feel that it was money well spent to be rid of pain. Jack is friendly and professionally competent; there is a relaxed atmosphere in the clinic.

6 years ago I had feet problems that affected my day to day causing me extreme pain when running walking and even just standing. Until I was recommended to come here where I meet the team and Jack having similar problems to me being very understanding managed to not only fix my problem but has now allowed me to be able to run half and full marathons. I cannot thank and recommend northernhay clinc enough for all they’ve done. Great team extremely professional and will always go back

I can't thank Northernhay clinic enough for the custom insoles they made for my flat feet! Since using them, I’ve had significantly less foot pain, and no longer deal with overpronation or rolling ankles. It’s been a game-changer for my daily comfort and stability. Jack from Northernhay clinic took the time to understand my issues, and his expertise and attention to detail truly made all the difference. Highly recommend!

Wish I had made an appointment with Jack sooner! Had suffered with my foot pain for years and within days of using my orthotics; along with all the advice and aftercare, my symptoms were pretty much gone. Honestly, I didn’t think orthotics would have such a big impact, I could instantly feel how my whole lower limb was working differently.
I couldn’t recommend the clinic more highly. From the friendly service provided tailored to your individual care and the level of expertise.

I had pain in my feet with plantar fasciitis for over a year which had become gradually worse and was struggling to even walk. I had seen the doctor done the exercises been to the mobility clinic , and no better. I visited Northernhay clinic twice. I had great advice and custom insoles made for my feet.The difference is unbelievable and I highly recommend them.
