Patellofemoral Pain
Patellofemoral pain refers to pain behind or around the knee cap. It is commonly known as ‘Runners Knee’. It is very common at our clinics and our Podiatrists are best placed to help you manage this problem.
Symptoms can include dull, aching pain or grinding / clicking of the knee cap. This tends to worsen with running and can continue to ache following a run or long walk.
