Burning or tingling pains in the Foot & Ankle are often the result of Nerve Entrapment or irritation. The nerves on the inside of the ankle feed the tissues of the heel. Compression of these nerves can lead to painful symptoms on the heel. This can be involved with up to 25% of Plantar Heel Pain cases.

Pain free!!!! After suffering from pain in the ball of each of my feet for 5+ years I finally decided to do something about it. I was recommended to see Jack by a friend after struggling with shin pain while running for as long as I can remember. The appointment was great, he really listened and reassured me. I had excellent advice from Jack at Northernhay podiatry clinic and the customised insoles that were made for me have transformed my foot comfort while hiking the SW and other challenging terrain. I had symptoms of both plantar fasciitis and Morton’s neuroma which have virtually gone, as long as I wear the insoles at all times. Very highly recommended!
