Some forms of Lower Back Pain are beyond our scope to treat and we will happily refer you on to a Specialist who may be better suited to help you.

After years of battling with huge NHS orthotics which meant I could only wear certain types of huge boots and struggling to get appointments when needed and living with a lot of knee pain, going to Northernhay Clinic was a revelation. They gave me slim small custom orthotics that fit into practically any shoe and total prevention of knee pain. They have lasted 5 years before they needed renewing, compared to the 9 months I had on the NHS. Their customer service is fantastic. For anyone like me struggling with orthotics I thoroughly recommend them. I’ll see you again in another 5 years 😁

The service here is incredible, after years of pain with bunions and flat feet Jack provided a fantastic service, very in depth and professional. Treatment was prompt and effective together with suggesting other footwear improvements based upon their expertise. Post appointment follow-up consultations were also very beneficial.
