As an MSK Podiatry team our mantra is “Movement is Medicine”. We believe movement should feed the body and the soul. So in June 2023 we set off for South West Cornwall with our E-Bikes, our two dogs (Freddie and Barnie) to bring you a three day active break. Below you can find some links to some of the stunning walks and picturesque E-Bike rides that we enjoyed on our 3 day trip.

Paul Circular Walk – Penzance

This route was constructed to be a moderate 7 mile circular hike, taking in some on the most lovely coastal path in South West Cornwall. You will need walking boots, water and walking poles can be very useful on the Coastal Path.

Paul to The Minac Theatre – Mountain Bike Route

This route is stunningly picturesque, using country lanes which at the time of riding in June 2023 were relatively quiet. We took our E-bikes, but if you like more of a challenging ride take your normal bicycle. We purchased our tickets beforehand for the Minack Theatre garden tour from the website. A really beautiful ride finishing at the Minac Theatre – well worth the trip.
