About Foot Pain

Foot and ankle pain is often as a result of overuse or incorrect use of the foot and ankle.
Symptoms can manifest themselves in the foot as corns and calluses and/or bone, ligament or tendon problems. The feet are the 'wheels of the spine' and incorrect foot function can cause a host of problems in the limb, knee, pelvis and back as well as poor general posture and fatigue in gait.
Many foot pains can be deal with either by simple chiropody treatments or with biomechanical examination and orthotics.
